Don't miss yourselves in the Family photo
Most of us are aware about "Education" that it is very important & if we want to be a part of modern civilisation then we need to have education. But the story as of now has brought us to such a place that we are searching the meaning of "PRERAJULISATION & FARHANITRATE in true sence.There is a big diffrence bertween Education & Learning.Education gives us awareness while learning gives a us a sence of resposibility.But most often we misundestand the both.
Now a days most of us more or less love to be known as a part of any corporate.We give our best 24*7 to keep that id card popping out of our belts.We feel proud to carry the longest prefix before our name i.e. 'the designation' even if that comes at a cost of skiping our anniversaries & birthdays of loved ones (where we are most expected).We never foget to get champagne on the boss's birthday,not even our boss forgets to do the same on his boss's b'day while at the same time we never regret to miss ourselves in the family photos.
At the end of each syllabus we are keen to get through the result sheet of our children with a handfull of comments & compliments. Can a teacher give shape to the dreams of Your child? or Can a 99% mark sheet ensure a good human being? Can you afford loosing tomorrow because you are busy today? Can a teacher answer to all the questions, yes to a student but not a Son. Let me give you the strainght & honest answer to the above qs: NO. There is nobody who is going to take care of your responsibilities,because he/she is busy too (just like you). By not answering the questions of today,nobody can avoid it for-ever.
Someday you will face the same questions, if not asked by anybody else then by yourself definitely. At the age of 60,your gray hair (if there will be hair at all) will ask you what difference you made to it by working so much in your young/early days, it is still gray like any body else's.You will start searching yourselves in the old family photos to find out how good-looking you were, but Alas! You will find everybody smiling in the photo, looking so energetic & good,but don't get surprised if you get hurt by realising that they are all laughing at you bcoz, you missed that magical moment of life when your child walked for the first time,you missed that precious moment of life when your wife had put on the necklace you had bought for your first anniversary,So foooool of you.But don't feel ashamed because, nobody is watching you,there is nobody to ask you even,Do you know why? Because un-consciously you have gifted the same life style (or say worse) to your child.
Wake up! it's not your Sixty.You have enough time to change the above blog. Get learned not Educated only.Life is not a race,it's journey.the more consciously we will travel the more enjoyable it can be, the more we will ove it,& the less we will complain about it.We do not have to compete with anybidy else,but with us only.How much better i can live today but not compared to any body rather as compared to the day/s i just left behind.
